Dr. Chen is extremely knowledgeable, kind, gentle, willing & loves to share his knowledge and compassionate.
He helped relieve my headaches. In just one session I experienced noticeable decrease in pain and tension in my neck, the previous night I had problems sleeping due to neck tension that caused pain behind my ears.
I’m very thankful this service, especially Dr. Chen, was available on this cruise.

I went to Dr. Chen on the first day of my cruise. He asked me to describe my symptoms to him. After listening to me very attentively and concerned. He suggested a three-session treatment.
Before the first treatment, Dr. Chen explained what acupuncture was and the methods used in a very informative lay person‘s language. I could hardly move and walk right. I was to chiropractors and physical therapy and no success.
After seeing Dr. Chen three visits I was a new person, his treatment was a complete success and cannot thank him enough.
I would highly recommend Dr. Chen and his treatments.

I have always gotten motion sickness, carsick, sick on boats, sick on anything moving, even elevators.
I had one 30-minute session with Dr. Chen. And have felt great the whole rest of the week, I have not had any of the symptoms of motion sickness and have thoroughly enjoyed the rest of my vacation.

My blood pressure was constantly 175/100 or higher despite medication.
I book 9 treatments (2 per day) after I saw result after 1st session. Each day both numbers dropped and by the last day 120/78.
I even forgot my medication 1 night! The treatments were designed for me based on the Dr’s expertise + I was always asked + allowed any + all comforts during my sessions like pillows + my own music. These extra comforts + the Dr’s compassion was always there helped the process.

When we boarded the ship my wife brought this treatment to my attention. I have seen all types of things to try to correct this condition. So I decided to try acupuncture out. I have heard about it but never really been around it.
After the first treatment I was impressed. The dull pain I had was gone, but still not sure, by the next morning the pain was gone, so I decided to finish the whole week out with treatments.
During our trip, I was able to walk, swim, jump, run like I was 20 again. we could not be more pleased by this result.

My entire life I’ve been plagued with motion sickness- car, air, train, boat and any other transportation method. My sickness was profound (lots of air sickness bags, patches, medications, etc), limiting my enjoyment of some activities.
One session with Dr. Chen and Oh My! For the first time in my life, I could actually enjoy a boat ride. In fact, the experience was so novel, that my husband exclaimed, ”that’s a miracle”, and indeed it was.
